We need structures that encourage collaboration instead of rewarding division.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3405\">We should watch out for efforts like mid-decade gerrymandering and eliminating minority party chairs that make it less likely people with different perspectives will work together.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Healthy systems need diversity to stay strong.
